Richard Allen Schools understand a school emergency can occur at any time.  As parents, know that Richard Allen Schools are proactively prepared to respond to school safety emergencies.

Richard Allen Schools’ preparation is guided by a School Safety Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) that provides detailed response directives to facilitate and achieve safety for students and staff.

From the Principal

As we move forward in this, the next chapter of the incredible journey of Richard Allen Academy and Richard Allen Academy II, it is indeed a time to reflect on the culture change. We are moving into becoming a Leader In Me School . This process will help teach 21st century leadership and life skills to students and create a culture of student empowerment based on the idea that every child can be a  leader. Embracing the 7 Habits is a key component of the overall Leader in Me process. I believe educated, self-disciplined, civil adults are first educated, self-disciplined, and civil students.. Leader in Me and the 7 Habits will help develop leaders that will positively transform our schools, communities, and future. Lets continue to work together to create  leaders of the next generation.
